Executives - unlock your potential

Doing the day job is hard enough - endless meetings, motivating the team, scheduling, planning, forecasting, budgeting - the list of daily chores goes on and on … but what about you?

The higher we go up the career ladder the less time we have for ourselves, work can and often does   intrude on our personal life as there are never enough hours in the day.

So, again, I ask, what about you? Who is asking “are you ok?” What about your mental health? Who do you go to talk to, even if it is just to do a download? Who do you use as a sounding board?

Experience teaches us the higher we progress in our careers the harder it becomes to form bonds and develop trust with our colleagues so that we can have conversations where we can be open and honest, express our frustrations, formulate ideas and plans and have a sounding board. All of which are essential, we are, after all, social creatures and it is and can be very lonely at the top.

This is where Executive Coaching comes into its own - improving self-confidence, self-awareness, leadership style, relationship to power, conflict resolution and a work life balance.

Studies have proved that executive coaching brings benefits and can demonstrate a return on investment:

  1. One study (Metrix Global) showed that Executive Coaching had a 788% return on investment, particularly in areas of productivity and employee satisfaction.

  2. Another survey of 100 Executives stated that the average ROI of Executive Coaching was nearly 6x the cost of coaching (International Coaching Federation).
