Building and developing teams, delivering career advice, guidance and training as well as Coaching and Mentoring. I have gained a post graduate diploma in organisational and behavioural psychology as well as membership of the Association for Coaching.

I deliver contract or ad-hoc coaching; career, transitioning, out-placement etc as and when required. Alternatively, I can be hired for a set number of sessions per month/year.
